Clients should consult qualified professionals regarding those matters. Bookkeeping services help maintain accurate financial records but do not replace the advice of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), attorney, or tax professional.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and is only disclosed when required by law or with the client’s authorization.
Limitation of Liability
While I strive to provide accurate bookkeeping services, Denno Bookkeeping Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any obligations outlined in the service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
